Our refund policy for massage services designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients. A20% deposit is required at the time of online booking, which is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges. What to include in the Refund Policy

At Nutthinun Thai Massage, we are dedicated to providing professional and therapeutic services in a welcoming environment. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please adhere to the following policies:
 
**Arrival to Your Massage Treatment:**
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or applicable.
 
**Cancellation Policy:** A 20% non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations securing your booking and ensuring our therapist's time is reserved for you.
 
**Stoppage Policy:**
You have the right to stop massage at any time. you decide to halt the session within the first 15 minutes, a full refund will be issued. After 15 minutes, no refunds can be provided. you for your understanding and cooperation.

**Respect Policy**
Conduct: Any form of sexual interaction, suggestion, or discussion is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the treatment, full payment liability, and may be reported to the authorities.
