Arrival to Your Massage Treatment
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms. Arriving on time allows you to fully enjoy a relaxed session.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or applicable charges. While we cannot extend appointments beyond their scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you with advanced notice.
Cancellation Policy
Fees: A 20% non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations. This secures your booking and ensures our therapist’s time is reserved for you.
Stoppage Policy
Right to Halt: You may stop the massage at any time. If stopped within the first 15 minutes, a full refund will be issued. After 15 minutes, no refunds can be provided.
Respect Policy
Conduct: Any form of sexual interaction, suggestion, or discussion is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the treatment, full payment liability, and may be reported to the authorities.
Medical Conditions Policy
Disclosure: Please inform your therapist of any ongoing medical treatments and provide written approval from your healthcare provider if necessary. Notify us of any health changes before your session. Clients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy must provide a doctor’s note. For any questions, we encourage you to contact us directly
